Fill out the order form with necessary information for each item ordered. Include item number, page number, color and description of product. For imprinted items, include color choices for the product and imprint. Choose a design from page 41 and include the design number. For original designs, enclose original artwork with order. There is a $15 original design charge. Do not fax original artwork.

Orders that require original artwork cannot be faxed. Original artwork orders may be placed by phone only if you have Internet access to e-mail your artwork to artroom@zgate.com. When e-mailing your original artwork, your order number only must be placed in the subject line. We also accept original artwork via mail. There is an additional charge of $15 for original artwork.
After you receive your order, open and inspect all merchandise. If there is a problem with your order, report it immediately to our Customer Care Center at 1-877-475-3525.
Sales Policy and Terms
If you are a business with open account your payment in full is due within 30 days of the date of the invoice. A 1 1/2 percent monthly carrying charge will be added to past due accounts. Credit balances not claimed or used within 90 days of invoicing become the property of Uniquely Quince.™ For your convenience, we accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We also accept C.O.D. on unimprinted items (within the U.S. only. Not available on imprinted items) at an additional charge per box delivered.
Returns
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of order with a Return Authorization Number. Only unused and unopened merchandise with its original packaging and accessories will be accepted. All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, therefore we encourage you to estimate your needs as closely as possible. Due to health concerns, headwear and food items cannot be returned. All closeout sales are final and cannot be returned. Imprinted items are non-returnable. This Return Policy is subject to change without notice.
Customized Items
When ordering customized merchandise for your Quinceañera, give the exact date of the event. All customized products have stated production times listed. Once processing has begun, orders for customized merchandise cannot be cancelled. However, if the order is changed, an additional charge will be added.
Over Runs and Under Runs
Due to variation in the manufacturing process of customized items, the quantity shipped may vary from the quantity ordered by 5% over or under. This is considered fulfillment of your order, and you will be billed for the quantity shipped.
Design and Logo Art
The display of any design or logo in this catalog is for demonstration purposes only and does not indicate or imply that any such design or logo may be reproduced without the authorization of the owner of any trademark, copyright or other right in such design or logo. The submission of any order constitutes a representation and warranty by the individual or entity submitting the order that such individual or entity is the owner of all trademarks or copyrighted material contained therein or has obtained any required consents or authorizations from the owner(s) to print such material.
Proofs
A paper proof will be sent, at your request, prior to production. There will be a $15.00 charge for proofs.
Themes, Kits, and Separates
Due to the heavy and bulky nature of themes, kits, and separates, there will be an additional shipping charge equal to 5 percent of the total price of the theme, kit or separate.
Prices
Catalog prices are effective from October 30, 2006 to October 29, 2007. Merchandise ordered from outdated catalogs will be invoiced at current prices.
Shipping
Over 95 percent of all stock orders are shipped within 48 hours from the time we receive them. Uniquely Quince™ offers several next day air and second day air delivery options on all stock items. Please call our Customer Care Center and ask about these shipping charges. Ground shipping charges listed are for shipments within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments outside this territory will be billed on the invoice. We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional charge.
